No extended pilots. No theoretical roadmaps. Deliver a working system with measurable outcomes.

Weeks 11–12: Measure and Communicate Results

At the end of the sprint:

  • Measure the outcome against baseline

  • Share results across the organization

  • Highlight team ownership and impact

The most effective communication? A simple internal message:

“Team X increased efficiency by 31% using AI in six weeks.”

This creates internal demand.
